Connecting Stripe to receive payouts

To sell anything (paid communities, courses, products, event tickets), you need to connect a Stripe account.

1. Go to Creator menu → Business → Details
2. Click Connect Stripe — Stripe's Express onboarding opens
3. Provide business name, address, tax ID, bank details for payouts
4. Stripe verifies (instant for most countries, can take 1–2 days)
5. Once approved, the Connected badge appears in your business settings

Once connected, every payment for your offerings goes through Stripe with the platform fee automatically deducted (set per your creator plan, e.g. 10%). Payouts to your bank follow Stripe's normal schedule (typically 2 business days in the US, 7 in the EU).
