Finding the dashboard
Go to Community settings β Analytics β Funnel. Available to community owners and admins.
What you see
- Visitors β unique pageviews on your community landing page
- Joins β new members per day (free + paid)
- Paid conversions β paying customers per day
- Revenue β dollars in (community subscriptions + one-time + tickets), in your community's currency
Each metric has a sparkline showing the trend, plus a daily table for the selected time range.
How it's calculated
A nightly cron job rolls yesterday's data from the source tables (community_analytics for visitors, community_members for joins, orders for paid conversions and revenue) into a daily snapshot. So today's number is partial until the next rollup runs at 03:00 UTC.
What's NOT in the funnel
- Trial signups that didn't convert (we count joined-and-paid, not trial-started)
- Refunds β revenue is gross, not net
- Per-source attribution (which post / ad / referral drove the join β coming in a future iteration)
