Millennium VibeRecording a live session
Auto-record + post-session playback.
Recordings happen at session level. You can enable auto-record when scheduling, or start manually mid-session.
Enabling
- Auto on schedule: when creating the event, toggle Auto-record. Recording starts the moment the session goes live.
- Manual: in the video room, click the Record button (red dot, host only). Toggle off to stop.
What gets recorded
The full room β all participant videos in a composite grid, with audio mixed. Resolution defaults to 720p (admin-configurable to 1080p in Admin β Settings β Video).
After the session
Within 1-2 minutes of session end, recordings appear at Creator menu β Community β Recordings. Each entry shows session title, duration, file size, and a download button (presigned R2 URL).
Retention
Admins set a default retention period (default: forever). If retention is N days, recordings auto-delete after that many days from R2 to control storage costs.
