Schedule, go live, manage participants.
Live sessions are powered by LiveKit Cloud β 1080p video, multi-party, low latency.
Schedule one
- In your community, go to Calendar tab β click the + button β Schedule session
- Set title, description, date/time, duration
- Configure: max participants, waiting room on/off, auto-record on/off
- Optionally lock to specific membership tiers
- Click Schedule β appears on the calendar for all members who can access it
Go live
When it's time, open the event from the calendar β click Start session. You enter the video room. Members RSVP'd as "going" get a push notification.
Instant Go Live
To skip scheduling, on the community feed click Go Live (owner only). Creates a session right now + shows the private join link and a Quick Join button. Useful for impromptu broadcasts.
