Millennium VibeArchiving a community
Soft-delete with a 15-day undo window.
Sometimes you need to shut down a community. We use archiving (not hard-delete) so you can undo within 15 days.
What happens when you archive
- Community is hidden from Discover and search
- Members lose access (the URL returns 404)
- Active Stripe subscriptions are canceled (Stripe stops billing)
- You (the owner) still see the community in your dashboard with an amber "Archived β 15 days until deletion" banner
Restoring
From Community settings β Danger zone β Restore community, click Restore within 15 days. The community comes back to its archived state (not auto-republished β you toggle Publish again when ready).
Permanent deletion
15 days after archival, a daily cron job permanently deletes the community + all its content (posts, courses, members, subscriptions). This is irreversible.
