How bookings work for the person booking

When someone opens your booking link, they see:

1. A 14-day date strip (today + 2 weeks)
2. Available time slots for the selected day (in their timezone — auto-converted from yours)
3. A short booker form: name + email + optional notes
4. One-click confirm — no Stripe required (bookings are free in v1)

What they get after booking

• Confirmation page with all details + a Join meeting button (activates 15 min before the slot starts)
• Email with a .ics calendar attachment — drops into Apple Calendar / Google Cal / Outlook with one click
• Reminder email 1 hour before the session

Sign-in not required

Booking works without an account. The email link uses a secure token so guests can join the 1-on-1 video room without signing in first.
